WE except returns on following conditions, no returns excepted after 20 days of delivery and buyer pays return shipping and a 25% restocking charge. And must be packed as shipped, wrapped with paper to avoid scratches. We reserve the right to charge extra for insuffient packing damage on returns. No returns on special made or changes made to Item or any lacquered item. This return policy is based on our handmade items as each one takes time to make as we use hand tools not power tools.

Note-- If any damage occurs in shipment please notify the carrier immediately for assessment  and we will assist you in making sure you get a good product. Boxes are insured.

  Note-- Antique seed glass comes with all Electrical fixtures with glass--indoors and outdoors.

            Candle burning lights come with plain glass---seeded glass optional with added cost.

Note-- WE accept money orders, personal checks, Pay Pal, Mastercard and Visa allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.

When ordering hanging light for under porches etc. all lights must be secured from wind swinging them, we are not responsible for any damages deriving from unsecured lights that swing from wind or over wattage of all lights or misuse.
